The city paddling route begins at Seelari in Hietasaari. This peaceful route first takes us into the calm of Mustasalmi, where trees arch gracefully over the canoe and waterbirds curiously swim alongside the paddlers. At the mouth of the strait, we take a moment to admire the sea views. On the return journey, we head toward the city and take in the urban landscape from the water as we paddle around Pikisaari.

You can choose to paddle in daylight or during the late evening, where we’ll get to admire the sunset as the night gradually darkens. In early summer, it never gets completely dark.
